Job Description
Fundstack is on a mission to become the best CRM and workflow tool for financial services companies — from deal sourcing to workflow to network and processes management. Leading investment firms across Europe and the USA use Fundstack every day to make smarter investment decisions and manage vast amounts of data.

We have a product that is easy to sell, our leads have come almost exclusively from word of mouth, and we are growing quickly. As a Sales Development Rep at Fundstack, you will help to accelerate growth and take Fundstack to the next level. You will be working end-to-end on the sales process, from lead qualification, reaching out to leads, answering their questions and closing deals. We also want you to look outside of your immediate area of focus; work together with the engineering and product team to help define the product roadmap, keep existing customers happy and help build internal processes that contribute to the long term growth of the company.

As an early team member, you’ll have the chance to close key customers, have an impact on the development of the company while selling software that our clients rely on daily.

The company structure is very flat and all team members value being challenged, we’re striving to create a stimulating but respectful culture.


End-to-end sales process: Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, reaching out to leads, building a narrative & pitching,  answering client questions / handling some contract negotiations & discounts and closing the deal.

Help us take Fundstack to the next level: you will be the first dedicated sales person working alongside the founder who has led the sales effort to this point.

There aren’t many processes yet and while it’s not the core part of your responsibilities you may be required to chip in and help the rest of the team wherever needed, e.g. help refine the sales process, improve sales materials, help us attract new leads or interpret product feedback to help us decide which features customers really care about.

Essentially, this is a small and collaborative environment where you will encounter new challenges but also learn and gain experience very fast.

Essential skills:

- 2 years+ of professional sales experience
- Track record of closing deals
- Strong organisational skills and drive to maximise output throughout the day and to overachievement
- Willingness to be hands-on and work on the sales process end-to-end (from Lead Generation to Closing)
- Excellent communication skills: You should enjoy working with clients equally as much as solving problems in a team environment and accepting outside input on your ideas.
- Self-driven sense of motivation: If you enjoy multitasking and setting your own priorities, this could be a great fit!
- Be a fast learner: we don’t expect you to be perfect, we want you to learn quickly and be curious.

Bonus Points:
- Sales experience in B2B SaaS products at a reputable tech company (Box, Salesforce, Docusign etc.)

Ideally, you can teach us how you did things at your old company, what the benefits are of doing it that way and how we can learn from that.
Experience at a financial services company (Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.) with understanding of industry jargon

Basic technical understanding of how SaaS products work.
