Kenect Staff are working closely with a friendly growing business to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work part-time in their Aldridge offices.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and will have experience within a similar role. The successful Administrative Assistant will be working within a work apparel business who pride themselves on providing excellent service and garments to their customers.

Location: Aldridge, West Midlands
Salary: up to £8 per hour
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Working Hours: Initially working 6 hours a week over 3 days increasing up to 30 hours for the right candidate


• Processing customers’ orders on bespoke online systems
• Liaise with garment suppliers to arrange deliveries
• Update customer records using in-house system
• Replying to customer’s orders and queries via email
• Answer the telephone when required to suppliers and customers
• Processing customer invoices
• Co-ordination of administration and ad hoc duties as required

About you:

• Experience within Administration or Customer Service would be advantageous although full training will be given
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is essential
• Ability to prioritise and use your own initiative
• Flexible to work additional hours as and when required
• 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths & English
