This is a very busy Garden Centre based in the Enfield area. They are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to man the reception desk three or four days a week one of which will be either a Saturday or Sunday.

You must have excellent face to face customer service experience ideally from a retail background. You will be dealing with customer returns, queries, emails and telephone calls. This is a very busy position especially leading up to the Christmas period.

Skills -

* Excellent Customer Service both face to face and via telephone and email.

* Able to work well within a team.

* Flexible and willing to help out in other areas if required.

* Able to deal with exchanges, refunds, complaints and queries in a calm and assertive manner.

* Ideally you will come from a similar role in retail background.

Normal working hours are 10am - 5pm but you would need to be flexible during busy periods.
