Administrator 12 hours per week based HU3

A temp to perm opportunity has arisen at one of our manufacturing clients based in West Hull. They are looking for an administrator that ideally has accounts experience and a strong customer service basckground.

Working hours can be flexible throughout the week, daily duties to include:

* Cross checking the clocking in and out report to the invoice
* Assisting with suppliers queries both telephone and email
* Suppor invoice queries
* Correlate and enter data for weekly and monthly stock checks
* Daily booking of the transport required to fulfil customers needs
* Liase with hauliers
* Provide admin support to management, HR and the supply chain team

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong IT skills including Microsoft knowledge
* An understanding of freight would be advantageous
* Experience working with confidential information
* Strong communication levels
