We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Host/ess to join our Winter Garden restaurant team. We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Host/ess who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail. The responsibilities of a Host/ess are: •Be the first point of contact to our guests•Coordinate the bookings to ensure a smooth flow of the service•Take telephone, email bookings precisely and in a timely manner•Deliver an outstanding service consistently•Take the guests to their tables and present the menuThe ideal candidate for the Host/ess is required the following:•Experience in 5* hotels or a prestigious restaurant •A positive and friendly attitude•Ability to work under pressure and still deliver a friendly service•Fluency in English•Polite and welcoming mannersThe Host/ess will work with a dedicated and passionate Winter Garden team and will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
