As a part of the team at HireHand, you will be using our best-in-class recruitment software & services to bars, cafes, restaurants and the thriving street food scene in London. Whether over the phone, via email or in person you’ll be committed to making them a success in all they do!

You’ll be surrounded by a team with a background in hospitality who are passionate about bringing the best staff to our clients – and therefore making their food & drinks awesome.

It’s a position which would suit someone with a competitive, never-say-die attitude, and ideally loves their food.

Over the week you’ll be:

Working with clients to sort their labour problems out – whether it’s that last minute sickness cover or a more analytical look at their labour:sales figures.

Monitor – activity from all the customer interactions you have. We aim to know more about there business then they do!

Prioritise and organise the customer pipeline to make the most of your’s and the team’s time on a daily basis.

Constantly learn about our product so that you will be the expert of all the features and benefits

Who you are?

+Exceptional communication skills. This includes good written and spoken English.

+Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail

+Positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll say ‘Yes, and.. “ way more often than “No, but..”

+Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

+Bonus points for having used a CRM before and passionate about food and drink or has worked in retail!, delivering amazing restaurant experiences. Most of our team have worked in hospitality at some point (even if it was that one summer way back).

Backed by a mix of London VC and hospitality industry angels we’re uniquely placed to shake up the how restaurants and bars staff with our blend of AI, consulting and human-focused approach.

You’ll be working in a team of three reporting into the Commercial Director that are driving the businesses growth, while the initial scope of the role seems small we’re a startup. So while you won’t actually be washing pots you’ll find yourself pitching in to all sorts of elements of the business.

Most of our team have been promoted internally so we really value our people and help them achieve their goals to progress with the company.

Competitive salary depending on experience Range( 20-24) and performance package may be offered.
