Our town centre based client are looking for a front of house office assistant for a 6 month maternity cover .

Working 3 days a week you will be responsible for the following:

* Undertake all reception duties including incoming phone calls, visitors and deliveries.
* Meet and greet service for visitors and supply refreshments.
* Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, replenish any items required.
* Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing post using the franking and folding/inserting machine, and requesting courier service.
* Place orders for catering for entertaining clients
* Arrange car services.
* Order stationery and all other office supplies / equipment including business cards.
* Filing and admin (updating phone lists & car lists, letters for all orders/bookings).
* Monitoring security video recording
* Local hotel bookings and liaising with travel supplier to find alternative accommodation.
* Order business cards.
* Oversee room booking system for meetings and projectors on Outlook.
* Liaise with Facilities contractor to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating correctly
