Introduction/Job Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a child care specialist who wants to develop their skills working within a highly experienced public law children specialist team. This is a chance for a proactive individual to join a firm where they can drive their career forward.
* You will be responsible for an exciting, busy and varied caseload of clients under supervision
* You will be acting for parents, children and/or the Local Authority in Care, Supervision and Adoption matters
* You will attend Court
* You will advise clients with their best interests in mind
* You will be comfortable attending various networking and business development events to promote yourself and the firm
* The ideal candidate will be in a similar role – either as a qualified solicitor or member of CILEX
* You will have some knowledge of the relevant law and case law
* You will have excellent IT skills
* You will have strong communication skills; written and spoken
* You will be focussed on providing exceptional service and accurate advice to your Clients
* You will be a team player
