A fantastic opportunity has arisen - we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional Personal Assistant to the Executive Chef to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Kitchen brigade and who has the right attitude and flair to work in this very special hotel.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen - we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional Personal Assistant to the Executive Chef to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Kitchen brigade and who has the right attitude and flair to work in this very special hotel.

The role will manage the daily appointments, administration and communication for the Executive Chef, liaising with the Food & Beverage Office and between the Food & Beverage Departments, and the wider business. You will therefore need to be to have a good understanding / knowledge of both Food & Beverage and Rooms Divisions.

You will have the opportunity to meet and greet guests, suppliers and contractors and offer assistance in a polite and friendly manner.

The role will also incorporate an element of training from new starter preparation and tours of the Kitchen for educational establishments.

Entry Requirements:

- Personal Assistant / Hotel experience is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Proficient with IT
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
