FULL-TIME SECRETARY/SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST 35hrs per wk, £21K pa

Enfield Carer Centre is a local charity supporting unpaid family carers. The Centre is seeking a full-time, experienced Secretary/ Receptionist / Office Administrator who has advanced level skills in Word and Outlook and intermediate level skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher. At the Carers Centre, we operate two separate databases as well as the Microsoft Office range of software, so excellent IT skills is a must.

The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. You should be used to working in a busy environment, answering calls, minuting meetings, dealing with members of the public from a diverse range of backgrounds and juggling competing priorities with ease and an attention to detail. You should also have experience of dealing with office management duties e.g. office equipment, stationery and utilities etc.

It is unlikely you will have the experience we require if you have less than 2 years office admin skills as you will also be required to organise internal and public events, liaise with public and commercial organisations and support the CEO by ensuring the administrative side of the charity runs smoothly.
