Commercial Junior Lawyer/Paralegal - Entertainments Sector - In-House

They provide services to companies within the entertainment sector as well as performing members.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented junior lawyer or paralegal to join their highly-regarded legal team in the role of Junior Legal Adviser, focussed on commercial, company and some charity work.
You will work closely with senior member of the legal team including the general counsel and assist them on a range of non-contentious commercial matters to include assisting in the drafting of basic sponsorship agreements, company secretarial support including taking minutes in meetings, briefing documents, creative industry documents, amending legal correspondence, first draft of letters, reviewing and identifying specific elements of commercial contracts which could be lengthy and complex, drafting and reviewing NDAs, proof reading various documents and undertaking legal research.
You will assist colleagues in the legal department and work to ensure strong team unity, drive and professional development.
Candidates will have a strong academic record, strong written and oral communication skills for this varied and challenging role. You will have relevant experience gained either in a law firm of in-house legal department. An interest in the entertainment sector including the music industry would be useful.
