Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and well-established leading nutritional business based in the Harlow area who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrator.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual with good attention to detail. The main purpose of the Part Time Administrator will be to provide high levels of administration support to the wider team.

The successful Part-Time Administrator will be expected to:

* Be proficient in using the Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel

* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Be highly organised and have excellent time management skills

Job Specifics

Purpose of the Role

The successful Part-Time Administrator will assist with general facilities duties in the office to include incoming and outgoing post, parcel deliveries and stationary ordering, whilst supporting the team with general administration responsibilities.

Duties to include but not limited to;

* To monitor the return of Franchisee Contracts and follow up with the individuals to return outstanding paperwork

* To track the progress of Franchisees completing training modules on the online HUB and follow up with individuals if and when required

* To load approved documents onto the online HUB

* General administrations across the team when required

Our client is looking for someone who has previous administration experience and is willing to work as part of a team environment.

Hours:

Part-Time Monday – Friday 09:30am – 2:30pm

20hours a week

Salary:

£20,000 Pro rata
