Our friendly and very established client is seeking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Administrator to work approx. 21 hours per week.
Duties
* Following all company procedures, standards and guidelines;
* Projecting a good image when representing the company and maintaining company standards;
* Supporting the company vision and goals of the organisation;
* Keeping bank accounts managed and updated
* PAYE monthly payments
* Purchase ledger – orders, deliveries, getting invoices signed
* General queries and statements
* Supplier weekly and monthly payment runs
* Weekly figures to directors
* Allocating subcontractor payments
* Sales Ledger –raising invoices and credit control/checks as required
* Payroll an advantage
* Petty Cash
* Supporting other Accounts team members and Sales Administrators
* Any other tasks that may be required by the Company from time to time.
Due to office location your own transport is essential.
