21 days holiday pro rate + 3.5 gifted Christmas days, regular team events and parties

£18,000-£19,00 pro rata

22 hours per week – 4 hours per day Monday – Thursday, 6 hours per day on a Friday, flexible between the hours of 9am-5.30pm

We are currently looking for a highly organised administrator to provide support to the HR department of a highly reputable, global marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual, who is looking for a busy role that also allows time and flexibility for other commitments.

Key responsibilities will include;

* Be a key point of contact in the team, appropriately responding to a range of queries
* Provide proactive and confidential administrative support to the HR team and other colleagues as required
* Support all Learning & Development activities across the agency, including;

* Assisting with the planning of activities
* Booking courses, rooms and diary invites
* Managing bookings
* Ensure the smooth running of Learning & Development events on the day
* Recording department expenditure versus budget

* Maintain HR documents in house format
* Assist with the collation of monthly payroll documentation
* Be a competent user of the internal HR system, advising others on its use
* Maintain accurate content and generate data output for reports
* Manage the internal leave system, updating allowances and advertising the buy and sell scheme
* Assisting with onboarding procedures and collation on new starter packs
* Ensure team and recruitment mailboxes are maintained and correspondence is efficient
* Update and maintain employee records

The ideal candidate will have;

* Minimum of two years relevant administration experience; emails, diary arrangement, HR systems
* Knowledge/ experience of Learning & Development would be ideal but not essential
* Knowledge of GDPR/ Data Protection
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Positive, can do attitude
* Excellent work ethic
* Able to multitask and take a proactive approach to work
