Are you an experienced accounts assistant looking for a new part time role starting ASAP?
Our client based in New Milton are a care-based industry and are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This role is 2 days per week which may increase over time.

This is an excellent opportunity for anybody who comes from a financial background who is looking for a varied and busy role within a supportive and friendly environment. This company has an excellent ethos and are looking for an individual who will get stuck in and help out other parts of the company if needed, such as reception and purchasing stock from various suppliers.

The successful individual will be working alongside the finance manager and will be reporting to board members.

Main Responsibilities include:
• Inputting Sales and Purchase Ledger from Source Documents
• Preparation of payment runs
• Using Quickbooks
• Credit control
• Plan, organise and manage workloads in line with the monthly finance timetable
• Adhoc admin tasks required

Hours: 9 – 5, Over 2 days per week
Free car parking
Lunch provided at a small cost
ASAP start
