The Complaints team report into multiple business lines within the bank. This has helped us to become the industry’s specialist lender of choice. The Role

You will work on a part time permanent basis in our Reading office and be responsible for collating, monitoring complaint inboxes; ensuring systems are accurately kept up to date across all business lines within Aldermore.

This is an excellent position working within a relaxed and collaborative team offering training and the opportunity for development.

16 hours per week across 4 weekdays (flexible as to which days)

The Person

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working within a telephony/customer service & administrative role.
IT proficiency with MS Office suite is also essential.
