The Chef De Rang will:

* Take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues
* Able to maintain team focus, co-operating and supporting colleagues in the pursuit of department and team goals
* Will have excellent customer service skills, good food and wine knowledge and experienced at minimum 3-rosette standards
* Have a warm and welcoming personality, with high standards of professionalism and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service

* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role
* Outstanding personal presentation and grooming
* Confident, professional
* An excellent command of written & spoken English
* Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to skill train and lead other team members
* An inspirational team leader with supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant
* Genuine, enthusiastic and motivational
Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma required
Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry
Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to use restaurant management software
Strong leadership skills
Decisive and critical thinker

Nice to Have -
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
Front and back of house experience is a plus
