Cragston Court is a 20-bedded residential care home which cares for adults aged 18-65 years, who have enduring mental health needs.

Based in Blakelaw, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, patients are usually referred to us from psychiatric wards, from the community following a number of re-admissions, or from placements where they haven't made a sustained recovery.



Main Duties:


    Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress
