Deputy Manager required in Yeovil, up to £40000 per year, Days - 40 hours per week

Job Setting
A Deputy Manager is required to work within a fully established nursing home in Yeovil. My client offers first class care treatment to the elderly requiring dementia & palliative care treatments. You will have outstanding leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff and assisting with CQC audits. You will also be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the day to running of the home. My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

The home has been kitted out with the most up to date facilities and equipment, including a separate facility purely for those suffering with dementia. The most recent CQC report has rated the home as Good in all areas of the report, you will be responsible for maintaining this, of course helping it to become Outstanding would be nice!

Essential Requirements
Hold a nursing qualification
Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
Be registered with the NMC
Be passionate about dementia care
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
Management qualification desirable
