Deputy Manager (RNLD/RGN/RMN) (Physical Disabilities) – Abingdon - Oxfordshire

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Manager to join a leading third sector organisation as a Deputy Manager for a specialist service for people living with disabilities in Abingdon.
This innovative provider has a requirement for a Deputy Manager to assist in the running of their specialist service in Abingdon. This service supports, cares for individuals with a physical disability to enjoy fulfilled, and independent lives.
With the support a not for profit organisation with strong values and compassion the Deputy Manager will support the Service Manager and provide clinical leadership.
The Deputy Manager will provide strong leadership and effectively motivate staff to provide the very standards of care that this organisation champions.
The Deputy Manager will enjoy support from an experienced senior management team and full support from a range of head office functions. The Deputy Manager will also benefit from an extensive induction programme with an incumbent specialist manager and will work with the manager to recruit and train new staff members.
The successful candidate will need experience of supervising carer and nursing staff be nurse qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD. Candidates from all clinical settings will be considered.
