Linden House is an 'outstanding' dementia community based in Lymington. We are now recruiting for Care Assistants. Join us as at Linden House as a full time Care Assistant and we'll welcome you with £500* (terms apply, see below)
36 hours per week, days and/or nights, generally split over three days/nights (12 hour shifts), however shorter 6 hour shifts on days are available. Overtime opportunities. The rota will include alternate weekends.
Rates of pay:
No experience / less than 2 year’s experience £8.31 p/h weekdays, plus enhancements for nights and weekend working up to £10.56 p/h.
Experienced 2 years plus - £9.14 p/h weekdays, plus enhancements for nights and weekend working up to £11.39 p/h. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of experience in care, especially within an elderly/frail environment. Experience of dementia would also be an advantage.
PLUS, we pay additional hourly enhancements if you have completed a diploma qualification at Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care.
