We are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and passionate staff who will support the Ward Manager to motivate, inspire and innovate new practice whilst promoting patient safety and quality.
You will be an advocate for our patients and want to be part of a dynamic team that supports care for patients with Diabetes, Endocrine and general medical conditions.
The Trust actively supports the professional and clinical development of all levels of nursing staff. We do this through offering a wide range of in-house learning opportunities to advance both core and specialist skills and knowledge, in order to develop and retain a competent, patient centred and high quality workforce.

You will be supported by our Sisters, Ward Manager, Matrons, Clinical Specialists and the Nursing Practice and Development Team. Our nurses are highly valued to ensure they provide and maintain effective nursing care to patients/clients and their relatives. We strive to continuously develop and enhance knowledge and skills that will directly influence consistently high standards of clinical practice.
You will be working in partnership with the Multi-Disciplinary team, support the development of student nurses and junior staff, and creating an atmosphere conductive to learning and practice development. You will also represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with the Trust Values and treat all staff/colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity.
We can offer full time or part time roles, which will be predominantly long shifts across the full service 24/7 range.
