An exciting opportunity has arisen in Head Office to support the existing in-house Support Centre Team.
Two days per week Thursday and Friday 9 - 5.30
The role encompasses the day to day management of:

1st line maintenance support services for trading units
management of 3rd party suppliers/contractors who assist with the service delivery requests
Operating costs and budget controls

The estate includes 53 locations encompassing approx 450 active units.

Reporting to the Support Centre Manager the successful candidate will deal with internal and external customers and will ensure a professional image is portrayed at all times.

The successful candidate will also be the initial point of contact for all support calls and operational issues for the whole of the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide 1st line desk-based support for all Unit based businesses as part of a service-focused support team for all facilities issues and equipment failures
2. Manage escalations between business and our 3rd party service providers through to completion and effectively communicate call progress to all interested parties
3. Provide daily administration of financial reporting to Site General Managers and senior Operations team
4. To build and continually improve a central source of known issues and procedures to assist the support process
5. Dealing with adversity

Key Skills & Experience Required

Ability to make decisions and working on own initiative
Confident telephone manner.
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills. It is vital that key relationships are built quickly with the team at Head Office, site management, contractors and suppliers.
Strong team player.
Excellent PC skills - Outlook/Word/Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Previous experience working at a similar level in a customer service/finance/facilities administrative role.
Experience of the retail or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
This position will require you to have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated team player who has a flexible and adaptable approach, as the successful candidate will be a key player in the Support Centre Team
