UK based FinTech start-up is seeking to expand its team.  The company operates a distributed workforce and so currently does not operate from a fixed location.

One of the companies founders works from home and manages their time partly around family commitments. Consequently completely understands that productivity has got nothing to do with whether you turn up to an office 9-5pm!

The team is spread throughout Europe and communicate and coordinate exclusively  using online tools.  The candidate will be expected to adopt these working practises, and it will be considered an advantage if the candidate has experienced this type of working culture previously.

The initial focus of this role will be managing the interaction between our business partners and a team of developers.  The role is mostly project management based, but with a high technical component and relationship management required.  The relationship management aspects may require occasional face-t-face meetings with our business partners at their premises in the UK.

We would describe the role as a hybrid 'Business Analyst / Product Manager / Project Management Role'

This role would suit anybody with technology implementation experience within the financial services sector (or similar).

In terms of time commitment we can be flexible.  Initially we'd expect around 10 hours per week minimum but we're keen to find the right person so this is not mandatory.  Also this 10 hours could be spread across the working week.  

However client engagement would necessitate some time commitment during 'normal working hours'.  

We expect this to be a long-term engagement and are explicitly looking to develop a long-term flexible workforce.
