What it's about

We are looking for two Operations Task Team Leaders to support the delivery of Cambridge Assessment International Education's assessments, ensuring we achieve the overarching goal of providing the right grade, first time, on time, every time.

As Exam Processing Task Team Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of operational processes to agreed schedules, assure quality & standards, and propose and implement process improvements, helping us make a difference for every learner. The role may also require managing a team to carry out tasks as directed.

What you'll be doing

Your skills as a people person are key as you may be required to supervise a team in delivering business processes, whilst proactively monitoring their performance standards, engaging and facilitating their professional development and safeguarding the team's general wellbeing.

Business change is part of the routine and to help us continually improve, you will assist in the design and delivery of improvement projects and participate in their implementation. You will contribute to each exam series whether it is the setup and maintenance of product reference data or processing of entries, carry forwards and Group Awards, you will record, review and share lessons learned. Implement procedural changes and provide an end-to-end view of the impacts of such changes to colleagues and senior managers, where required.

You will be responsible for the recording of operational issues and risks on appropriate registers, identifying suitable corrective actions and their implementation.

What we're looking for;

Essential

· Ability to review processes critically and challenge the 'status quo'.

· Demonstrable financial and commercial awareness.

· Good prioritisation and time-management skills.

· Eye for accuracy.

· Min 5 GCSE at grade A-C, or equivalent, including Maths and English, is essential, and A Level standard education or

equivalent is preferred.

· Proficient user of Windows and MS Office tools.

· Experience in a busy office/administration role.

· People management experience.

· Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal).

Desirable

· Knowledge of EPS, SAP or similar databases.

· Experience of working in customer facing roles.

· Experience within user acceptance testing and process change management.
