We’ve got an exciting part-time and flexible opening within our London office and event coordination team, supporting the coordination of the sophisticated property development education programme ever released. The founding team, made up of three publically respected international entrepreneurs, including two best-selling authors, are experts in property development and business training, set to seriously disrupt the property development space in 2019.

opportunity for a confident, assertive, professional and highly-organised person to join our events and education team, working between home and the highly-desirable Chiswick Park business village.
Our property development and investment events are at the heart of what we do, as our core products are delivered as events. People walk away feeling inspired, and they admire our work and receive a lot of value from our efforts. We may be small but we pack a big punch in the entrepreneurial property training and development world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are currently seeking a new person to join our team, initially on a 12-month contract (20+ hours per week), and we need someone who’s happy to help and thrive with events and professional training, with a strong interest in event planning.
- Our ideal candidate must be willing to help other team players when needed, have the ability to listen and be proactive to make decisions within their remit.
- Be confident when communicating with clients and suppliers, and must above else be extremely organised.

Who we need
Someone with a ‘can do’, friendly attitude who wants to jump straight into overseeing and project managing a combination fo small and large events throughout the year.
The role will start off with shadowing our events team and office administrators, learning the ropes, then leading up to being responsible for handling all event bookings, delegates, venues, speakers and suppliers.

The IDEAL CANDIDATE will:
Have a confident telephone and face-to-face manner
Have great oral and written skills
Have the ability to speak with various size business’ owners and suppliers
Be confident in showing their worth and their opinion
Be organised and accountable for their role and completion of tasks
Be approachable to clients, mentors and team members
Be available to work flexi hours, including one evening every few months
Have pride in their work and their delivery
Ability to listen to instructions and implement
Ideally had some experience in an office before
Be comfortable in a hands-on role and work well within a team environment.
Take pride in being a team member at our events and workshops
Have a willingness to learn in an ever-changing environment
Get a real kick out of working within a team who keep the big picture of solving the world’s meaningful problems in mind
Have the ability to multitask and self-manage, along with taking ownership and being accountable for their role and their performance.
Be confident in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ideally, have A-C grade GCSE in Maths and English
Live within commute of West London
