We are looking for a passionate Part Time Registered Manager for our Registered Care Home for Learning Disabilities.

About the role:

We are a small home, the role will require you to engage with both our staff team and residents.  You can expect to lead our team and work with our part time Registered Manager. 

About you:

As Registered Manager of our Care Home, you will deliver a high quality of work, focussing on supporting our Registered Proprietor with taking the service forward.  An experienced and previously Registered Manager is preferred.  You will have strong leadership & communication skills.  You will be compassionate and have had experience working in the care industry with our client group, Learning Disabilities.  You will have good people skills and be confident in your role.  You will have at least NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services, level 5 preferred or working towards it.

Essential for the role:

Proven management experience at a similar level

Established leadership skills to manage our team

Strong knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements

Effective multi-tasking and prioritisation

Computer literate to a high standard (and prepared for any future digital cross over)

Able to schedule and rota a team (including creating 4 weekly rotas)

Be familiar with disciplinary processes & overseeing our staff team

Have strong communication skills

Experienced in building working relationships with brokerage teams and filling rooms.

Have strong skills in progressing the service we provide

Have strong office organisational skills

Be familiar with reviewing and updating policies and procedure

An in depth understanding of the business side of the role

Have strong skills in assessing and overseeing expenditure & cost effectiveness

Have strong problem solving skills and be able to present solutions

A current DBS (We can provide this)
