The Landmark London is recruiting for a Back of the House Waiter/essAre you passionate about world class service and you would like to start or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotel of the World?About the roleWe are currently looking for a passionate Back of the House Waiter/ess, to join our Food & Beverage Department and you will be assigned to work either in our Winter Garden Restaurant, Garden Terrace or Great Central Bar & Restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Back of the House Waiter/ess, your main duties will include:•To have a full knowledge of food and beverage menu in the outlet. •To organise all mise en place needed to run a smooth service operation from BOH and to support the team from Waiter/-ess, Supervisor to Manager on duty in order to accommodate all guests’ needs and requests.•To have a full knowledge of recipes, garnishes and the preparation standards of food & beverages available on the beverage menu that is to be prepared by the BOH Waiter in the BOH area.•To participate in food and beverage training and Mater classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.As a Back of the House Waiter/ess, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift basis.
