The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering food technology for pupils in year 6, 7 and 8 as well as providing exciting cooking lessons for 3-8 year olds.

Candidates will be enthusiastic, committee and organised. This part time post requires candidates to be available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Teachers will need to be:

•Be qualified in one of the following; NQT, FQT gained from completing a PGCE or SCITT. You may also hold QTS converted by UK NARIC with reasonable UK based experience.
•Show evidence of working within a UK school in a ‘Good and Outstanding’ school. Individuals from schools below the Ofsted rated ‘Good’ will also be highly considered.
•Possess strong classroom management skills with previous experience of following the schools behaviour policy.
•Be able to deal with all classroom situations that range from working with social and emotional difficulties along with every day classroom encounters.
