Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Part Time Sales Ledger Administrator to join our clients’ accounts team at their headquarters in Burnley.
The Role:

- Customer credit control within pre-determined credit values and period limits
- Vetting and releasing sales orders
- Vetting and opening customer accounts
- Processing and reconciling customer payments
- Daily banking and sales ledger posting, audit and aged debt reports
- Liaising with customers and sales office staff to resolve queries and debts
- Daily sales invoicing and credit notes
- Monthly customer statements, monthly cash plan: debtor receipt forecasts
- Debt insurance sales declarations, monthly overdue debt reporting, and unpaid debt repayment claims
- Registration of insolvent customer debts

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a thorough and accurate approach to their tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness. The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet KPI’s within an ever-changing environment is also essential. A positive customer service approach is important as well as a professional attitude and commitment towards continual improvement.

Salary:

- £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 (Pro Rata)
