I am currently recruiting for an experienced part time HR Administrator for my client based in Swansea.

Applicants must have experience of working within a similar role.

Key Accountability:

* Absence Processing
* Entering new starter and leaver details onto systems
* Liaising with payroll on employee information
* Order uniform for site
* Input basic data for payroll to include sickness and absence
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
* Daily post
* Provide on-site visitor support
* Coordinate and manage employee social events

Key Competencies:

* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Strong computer literacy

This position is part time working 30 hours per week.
