Your new role
You will be joining a well-established and professional team in the role of front of house Reception and Facilities Administrator. Your role will include; meeting and greeting guests on arrival, directing in-bound calls to appropriate teams, coordinating health and safety / security procedures, managing meeting rooms, coordinating deliveries and post room activities, managing facilities requirements, along with general administration support.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual who wants to make this role their own, and deliver an outstanding support service to the wider business. You will need to be a highly effective and engaging communicator who is able to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have a very professional and organised approach, and be a able to multi-task when under pressure. Your IT skills will need to be at a high level, along with your written and verbal English. Our client is seeking a candidate who has a great attitude and has experience of working in a busy reception and/or facilities management role.
