A truly exciting time to join us here at Saint –Gobain as we prepare to embark on our new Digital Transformation project. We pride ourselves on our exceptional levels of customer service across our brand portfolio and are keen to deliver on newer and fresher ideas to strengthen our digital proposition and continue to cultivate customer advocacy.
As such we’re now looking for a pro-active individual to help drive repeat traffic to online account servicing and customer ordering facilities whilst developing new tools/ strategies to deliver conversion and revenue uplifts in basket size. You will also work closely with the category, data and PIM teams to ensure the digital catalogue has alternative products and up sell and cross sell products are mapped.
So if you…
- Have experience of B2B e-commerce
- Have online eCRM experience
- Have good understanding of online usability and user – centred design
- Good influencing, networking and stakeholder management skills
- Are of graduate calibre and have a full UK driving licence.
