EBD Teaching Assistant role
-5 days a week, working 1:1 with SEN pupils, working in small groups with 1 Specialist SEN Teacher
-Learning from the SENCo and fellow SEN Teaching Assistants, readying for your future career in Psychology /Social/HealthCare industries
-Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried on at school is continued at home, a huge element of the role. Some parents will be more involved than others
-Learning from some phenomenal teachers and SEN practioners, it will ready you for your future career
-Re-integrating pupils back into the mainstream
-Working with 1 or 2 pupils across the mainstream curriculum's subjects
