Gi Group are sourcing candidates for a Travel Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract in the Vale of Glamorgan. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with demonstrable experience in a busy role. They will also have exceptional attention to detail, be a great team player and deliver first-class customer service every time.

Job Purpose:
Managing the entire staff accommodation booking process for UK Operations

Main duties:
• Arranging long and short term accommodation for all levels of staff
• Sending out booking confirmations
• Dealing with local and national hotels on the telephone and via email
• Using the internal systems to manage bookings
• Proactively planning any accommodation requests
• Maintaining accurate records and be able to report on the data

The successful candidate:
• Will have excellent organisation skills
• Ideally have travel agent or tour operator experience
• Have experience in a Receptionist/Administrator role
• Can demonstrate advanced administration skills including MS Office
• Ability to manage their own time

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role and offers a salary of £20,000 with an attractive benefits package.
