Hosco Talent Search team on behalf of a great client in London is looking for Chefs to join his new project.Offering an amazing cuisine based around French Classique into a modern approach, it is a great opportunity for chefs who wants to cook with great ingredients, using classic techniques producing simple but full a flavour dishes. You will have the opportunity to fillet fish, break down carcasses, work with delicate ingredients and be part of a great brigade. It will be busy, serving 200 covers but it will be organised and a real pleasure to send beautifully plated dishes. The Head chef is looking for candidates who wants to learn, progress, build themselves a strong culinary background, skills, techniques and mainly have the pleasure to come to work every day, push and be part of the team. The Chef will be required to work around 55 hours/week and have 2 consecutive days off with overtime paid per hour.
