The Primary School is located close to Sloane Square, Kensington and Chelsea, is easily accessible via good transport links. With a competent and incredibly attentive Head Teacher all Staff within this School really thrive and work as a team. With new and updated classrooms it is a pleasure to teach and support young learners who want to learn to the best of their ability.

The Head Teacher has requested a Learning Support Assistant to work on a individualised 1:1 basis with a child in Year 1. This pupil is intelligent and funny but has some behavioural issues. They are included in the Year 1 class but on occasion needs more tailored learning outside of the classroom. Senior Leadership are looking for an LSA who wants to go above and beyond and provide support to this pupil who needs extra assistance to thrive.

To be considered an LSA will need:

Undergraduate Degree or Level 3Experience working with children with behavioural difficulties and challengesBe competent at dealing with challenging behaviourIdeally has restraint training or experience restraining childrenBe focused and organised to plan and deliver work on a 1:1 basisConfident to support the student and adapting learning to their needsWilling to build a great relationship with the pupil
