Head Chef Maxime Osmont is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join his team. If you're ready to kick-start your career in the kitchen and are eager to develop your knowledge in pastry and bakery, then we are looking for you!

Good interpersonal and communication skills, even on a bad day!You have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Previous experience in a kitchen or other high volume environment would be beneficial.
Duties & Responsibilities

    To be a team player and assist in all sections of the kitchen as required.Prepare food items before and during kitchen service to the specifications of the Head Chef.Provide guests with the highest quality of food preparation.Minimise food waste and ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all work stations.Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all departments.
