Good interpersonal and communication skills, even on a bad day!You have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Previous experience in a kitchen or other high volume environment would be beneficial.
- To be a team player and assist in all sections of the kitchen as required.Prepare food items before and during kitchen service to the specifications of the Head Chef.Provide guests with the highest quality of food preparation.Minimise food waste and ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all work stations.Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all departments.
