nkoda is challenging. We believe absolutely in the product and make sacrifices in order to see it succeed. We’re not a regular startup environment - we don’t believe in ping-pong tables and bean bags. We believe that the work you do and who you do it with is why you want to be at work. People who enjoy the challenge, the complexity and the constant problem-solving thrive and find nkoda one of the best environments they’ve ever worked in.
We emphasize promotion and growth from within our team, so there is the opportunity to progress quickly. Our focus on nurturing our own talent is also why we’re so selective about the people we hire.

We don’t just pay lip service to the idea of building people’s careers and futures; we truly invest back in the people we believe in.

Employee testimonial

“I had worked for a couple of different companies before I joined nkoda. They were quite corporate environments with fairly rigid management structures through which tasks were handed down. I wanted to work in a space with greater autonomy and responsibility. At nkoda, with its startup culture and collaborative structure, I have a real say in aspects of the company’s direction. Most of all, I love coming to work each day as an integral part of a really significant moment in history, and really feel like I’m making a genuine impact.” - Jaden

Application process

The process of hiring a new candidate at nkoda is rapid: if your application makes it through the stringent initial screening process, you will be invited to interview. You’ll meet an appropriate team member to talk to you about the role, and further team members if necessary. The time from first meeting to job offer is less than a week.

If you have not received a response within 10 working days, please assume that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
