Location: Oak Tree House, Lancaster

Salary: Competitive hourly rate & Benefits


A fixed rota working an average of 31.5 hours each week between 11.00pm & 8.00am over 7 days.

Our Supported Housing Team are passionate about improving the quality of lives of our residents by providing an excellent standard of accommodation and support packages to help them move onto independent living. We want people who care as much as we do about delivering an excellent service to our customers; in return, you will be joining an innovative forward thinking team that encourages and supports success.

Oak Tree House in Lancaster is a 23 Bed Supported Housing Project for single homeless people over 25 years old, prioritising rough sleepers and people with a history of offending. You will be responsible for the overnight security of residents at our Supported Projects. You will act as an initial point of call in case of any issues, conduct Health and Safety tasks, hourly project checks, cleaning tasks, and ensure the communal areas are kept in a clean and tidy state.
