Are you an organised Purchase Ledger Clerk with SAGE, Excel and Microsoft Office Package experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client is an established local business and they are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part-time permanent basis to join their friendly team of 7 people.

Duties:

* Enter Purchase Orders on to Accounts Package

* Checking, coding and entering Purchase Invoices on Accounts Package

* Reconcile Supplier Statements

* Prepare payments runs by due dates

* Enter BACS payments onto online banking

* Deal with supplier queries over the telephone

* Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

* Filing invoices

Essential requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Solid team working skills

* Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature

* Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages

* Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and BACS

* Ability to work to deadlines

* Driving licence due to location

Hours: 20 hours per week Monday – Friday. The successful candidate has the flexibility to choose their core working hours between 9am and 4pm.

Location: Saxilby, Lincs

Salary: Depends on experience
