Fancy taking your career onto a new path? Or are you an experienced carer looking for your next step? I have an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to make a difference to the lives of three young men with learning disabilities.

I am looking for a full-time (35 hour) permanent Support Worker, in Kidderminster. You will receive an excellent salary of £15,015 plus additional sleep-in allowances of £40 per sleep-in. Experience is an advantage, but not essential. Driving licence is a must.

You will also receive:

* 29 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays
* Pension scheme
* Comprehensive induction programme, ongoing training and potential for progression
* No challenging behaviour
* Rotas at least two weeks in advance

Working within a supported living environment, you will be part of a very well regarded organisation, who put quality care for people with learning disabilities at the forefront of all they do.

You will be working a mixture of early and late shifts, as well as alternate weekends and approximately two sleep-ins a week.

You will be supporting these young men with their day-to-day lives and enabling them to live as independently as possible. This will include prompting and delivering personal care, assisting around the house and attending activities and social events.

Is this you? Call me, Lizzie Murrie, on (Apply online only). Alternatively email your CV or click apply. I look forward to hearing from you!
