We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic part time Administrator to work at our client’s premises in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, previous administration experience, a professional approach to customer service and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

As the Administrator your duties will include:

* Answering the phone, taking messages and dealing with general office queries as and when required

* Assist with outgoing post, i.e. special delivery/recorded delivery/couriers

* Carry out general office tasks which will include: mail merging requests, ordering business cards, photocopying / scanning and laminating / binding documents.

* Assist with maintaining monthly stationery stock

* Ordering staff uniforms

* Produce site packs, communication & starter packs for new contracts

* Produce ID Badges

* Update relevant social medial accounts.

* Assist the Support Services Manager with quarterly newsletter

Qualifications / Experience

* Customer focused approach with a desire to provide excellent customer service

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

* Strong all round communication skills.

* Able to priorities work, remain calm and maintain standards when under pressure.

* Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

The successful candidate will be required to work 25 hours per week (12pm – 5pm) Monday – Friday.
