*The Role*
An exciting opportunity to join a newly created team dedicated to enabling revenue and sales growth for carwow. You’ll work ‘behind the scenes’ to uncover potential sales opportunities and to work closely with the sales and partnership teams to secure these sales to achieve growth targets. Working in a fast-paced role with targets and deadlines to meet, you’ll be tenacious and driven to succeed in a challenging environment.

* To be the ‘go to’ team to support dealers and customers to report sales in a timely manner to achieve revenue targets.
* Liaising with the carwow dealer network to ensure their sales are kept up to date via email and telephone.
* To be a ‘detective’, probing sales enquiries to identify behaviours that indicate a sale may have happened both off and on platform.
* To gather the clear evidence required to support the identification of a sale and to work with dealers via Salesforce and telephone to ‘close these sales’ and issue invoices.
* To support partnership team queries with invoices and to resolve these in a way that supports both the dealer and carwow partnership and carwow revenue target.
* To work closely with the partnership team when certain behaviours are identified which indicate dealers proactively acting against the carwow terms of engagement.
* Maintaining all systems to support efficient workflow and visibility of performance for the sales and operations teams

* An exceptional written communicator, able to present compelling data to support a sale in a simple way to dealerships.
* Strong attention to detail, with the drive to spot the ‘small things’ that could lead to ‘big results’.
* Comfortable using the telephone to support your efforts in driving revenue success for the team.
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and achieve results in a fast-paced sales driven environment.
* Ability to be adaptive and display a positive towards the way the dept will evolve.
* Great team player, willing to support and assist your sales colleagues.
* Comfortable with technology and using systems to support your workload for maximum efficiency and transparency.
* To provide feedback and learnings to improve systems and processes as we scale.
* Ability to work to and achieve key KPIs for the dept.

* £21k-23k salary range (Salary will depend upon level of experience, skills and competence)
