Support Worker x2

Origin is a successful, forward thinking Housing Association with a strong reputation for delivering high quality support to vulnerable people.
This role involves developing warm and trusting relationships with people with learning disabilities and we are looking for you to provide outreach support to people living independently in the community. You will key work an average of 10 people and travel around Westminster to deliver support sessions. If you feel that you can make a real difference to the more vulnerable in society, adding value to peoples’ lives and working with them to achieve their goals then this role is for you.
You will have excellent listening and communication skills, be enthusiastic and resourceful and will be willing to learn and develop good practice, working as part of a team to deliver high quality support services.
You need to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeric skills as well as good basic IT skills. You will liaise with internal and external agencies and advocate on behalf of the service users where required.
You will be required to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
