Currently seeking a confident, lively team player to begin their career in a seasoned letting agents in Helensburgh. Key Responsibilities:

Answering the telephone Dealing with customers face to face as point of entry to our office (reception desk based) Arranging appointments and dealing with the office diary on our software system Arranging repairs and maintenance for properties and dealing with landlords throughout this process Filing General cleanliness of office Possible marketing and social media updating Other miscellaneous duties based on the daily routine of the office
