Our client is an award winning prestigeous high quality business based in Shipley.

This is a very exciting time for them as they are expanding and has now become a need to add to the office team creating a new role as a Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller to work on a part time basis of 20 hours per week.

This role would be ideal for someone with at least 3 years Sales Ledger and Credit Control experience only looking for part time.

They have a small freindly office team with free car parking and walking distance from the train station.

Duties include:-

Duties to include

- Cashing up,
- Prepare bankings,
- Entering receipts in the sales ledger,
- Taking customer card payments,
- Producing and reconciling statements,
- Balancing petty cash,
- Dealing with account queries
- Implementing and running a formal credit control system
- Counting drivers’ envelopes and reconciling against their receipts list.
- Putting banking together Friday and Monday
- Entering all customer receipts onto computer system
- Produce Accounts reconciliation
- Mailing statements
- Updating statement spreadsheet
- Operating a credit control system
- Supporting the sales office with debtor information
- Balancing Petty cash
- Take card payments over the phone
- Answering the phone when everyone else is busy
- Potential to work more hours to cover other office staff holidays.
