Job overview

This is an outstanding opportunity to train within a varied position covering many aspects of administration duties meaning you will gain experience within Karlson UK who are independent experts in the provision of workplace technology solutions that enhance business productivity and reduce operating costs.

Main responsibilities

You may be encouraged to take on additional responsibility in line with the company’s growth and your personal development within the business.

General Administration Receiving goods from suppliers Commination with suppliers Despatching goods via Courier Data Input Invoicing/ generation purchase order

Required qualities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good organisation skills and be willing to learn Ability to work well in a team environment High attention to detail with problem solving skills Ambition, strong work ethic and open to new ideas

Desired qualification

Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Working week

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Salary

£290 per week

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
