  • A strong leader, who can demonstrate success in all aspects of performance measures
  • Impressive F&B knowledge, inspired thinker and a true innovator
  • Great customer service execution and hospitality skills with attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • As our new F&B Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • The strong performance of our Food and Beverage Outlets (Booking Office, MI+ME, Hansom Lounge, In Room Dining and Mini Bars) and ensuring that our guests have five star luxury lifestyle service experiences at all times
  • Working closely with other departments (Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, etc) as well as harnessing the talent in your own teams to implement programmes that continually improve guest and associate satisfaction
  • The financial health of your departments, from revenue to control of costs, being able to fluently critique monthly P&L’s and prepare financial forecasts
  • The development and retention of a highly motivated team of managers, supervisors and associates
  • Leading from the front, setting the example of great service, guest interaction and associate engagement
  • Building and maintaining sustainable supplier relationships
  • Develop and embed new food and beverage concepts to drive the business forward
