Job Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Administration assistant to join a rapidly growing team in Glasgow. This is perfect for someone with great people skills, mature outlook and willingness to learn. This is an exciting time to join the business and watch the company grow with plenty of progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing

• Logging and working with data

• Placing diary invites and meetings

• Co-ordination of the storage, scanning, indexing, filing and retrieval of titles within the firm.

• Additional reception support when required

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail

• Producing documents as and when required following the instructions of the author

• Answering the phone and speaking with clients

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Mon - Thurs 8am – 4:30pm - Friday - 8am - 4:00pm £4.20 - £5.90 (National Minimum wage for their age)
